At River Mill Osteopathic, you get a real relationship with a real doctor who has the time to really get to know you. We don’t bill insurance at all, so insurance doesn’t tell us what is best for you. Instead, we charge a low monthly fee—often lower than your phone bill—conveniently debited from the bank account, FSA, or HSA of your choice.
We will see you when you need to be seen and help you decide when you don’t.
We will answer your questions thoroughly and make sure you understand.
We will have relaxed, on-time appointments to give you the respect you deserve.
DPC Membership
Direct Primary Care membership is billed either as an individual or as a family. Included in the cost of membership are up to six preventative and problem visits per member over the course of a year including any osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). Additional problem visits cost less than a usual copay. Also included are access to much cheaper laboratory and imaging services, on-site pharmacy with prices that typically beat local pharmacies, and effectively unlimited access to telephone, text message, and email support directly with the doctor.

Please note there is a one-time administrative fee upon enrollment to cover the cost of reviewing records and creating a chart as well as a minimum cost for consultation and treatment; enrollment and monthly fees are included.
Lapsed or expired memberships may entail additional fees upon reenrollment.
